What is our Learning Network?
Our Walk Derbyshire Pilot Learning Network is a space where Pilot leads and other consortium members come together to discuss learning and challenges, feed back that learning and any challenges into the wider system and aims to create opportunities for members to learn from each other outside of learning network.
We record our sessions so that learning can be cascaded more widely across Derbyshire.
Learning Network: 23rd July 2024
This was a face to face facilitated session where we welcomed back Nifty Fox to help us to visualise our Pilot journey, share our experiences and our learning so far:

Learning Network: 28th November 2023
Please see below the link to the session recording, which was facilitated by Debbie Sorkin and where we had:
- An introduction to peer coaching and reflective practice- a method we tested in small groups.
- Discussion around indicators (indicators that are useful, realistic and relevant), trust (building trust in communities and within consortiums – especially with people who may have no reason to trust) and framing (how individuals and communities are framed and what might we do instead).

Learning Network: 22nd June 2023
Our first Learning Network was a short online session where the Pilot leads introduced themselves, their Pilot areas and themes and Rebecca Sutton – our PhD student and embedded evaluation partner held a discussion around coproduction and co-design.
