Walkie Talkies
Everyone is welcome to chat and have fun while Nordic Walking. Free for anyone living with breast cancer thanks to funding from ‘abcdiagnosis’, walks are adaptable and taster sessions are available. Meeting at Whaley Bridge area, contact us before attending. All welcome for a small donation towards additional poles so more people can join in.

Are you interested in joining a group for men? The Men’s Room meet every Monday at the Cantelupe Centre, Market Place in Ilkeston, to provide a place just for men 18+ who are feeling isolated, stressed or experiencing difficulties with Anxiety.

Walks for All- Fully Accessible, Dementia Friendly Walk/Stroll and Talk
These very steady walks will enable those living with dementia and carers supporting loved ones to enjoy meeting up, being outdoors and sharing your experiences. If you need someone to support you please don’t come on your own, unfortunately we can’t provide support.
