Accessible Walk and Talk- Long Eaton
A gentle, 1-2 mile, accessible walk on flat paths led by trained walk leaders. Suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users and people with reduced mobility. Disabled parking, toilets and cafe available.

Buggy Walk
Join us on a walk around the beautiful West Park in Long Eston. A chance to stretch your legs and be active with other care givers and little ones. A member of staff will lead you on your walk and then back to the leisure centre were you will have discounted entry into their soft play!

Ilkeston Town Walk
A walking group to really stretch those legs. These walks will be 3 miles plus on average and will start at Ilkeston Library and you’ll finish at Erewash museum (very close to the library) where you can stop for a tea and chat. Please wear appropriate clothing for the walk.

Men only walks take place every 1st and 3rd Sunday and the 2nd Sunday is a mixed group. All walks are led by a Walk Derbyshire qualified walk leader and we will explore the local area and connect with nature. For more information, please contact Raoul.

Weekly walking and social group for all. Walks are every Thursday evening and take place in Long Eaton, meeting outside the leisure Centre before heading off on the walk. Usually lasting up to an hour, walks are very accessible and suitable for all abilities. Gradually increase to 5k over 12 weeks or walk the full distance. Contact before arrival.
