Our group is friendly and informal. We meet every Tuesday for mainly easy walks which meet at various locations in and around Shipley Country Park, which last up to 2 hours. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Poolsbrook Parkrun

Weekly free 5km timed event at Poolsbrook Country Park, walkers most welcome! Every Saturday at 9.00am, arrive at around 8.45am, first-timers meet by the pavilion café for a briefing. Register beforehand, print your barcode and bring it with you on the day.

The Derbyshire Cricket Foundation are running a walking cricket session at the Glossop Leisure Centre Wednesdays 11:45-12:45, specifically aimed at those ladies and gentlemen who are looking to keep physically and socially active. Hunloke Gardens Walk With Us

Come and enjoy this hidden gem and its surrounding area. Refreshments available afterwards and a chance to buy plants and fresh produce from the garden.
