Working Women Walk at Straws Bridge Nature Reserve

We know how hectic the week can get, so this walk is all about slowing down for a moment, getting some fresh air, and having real conversations with other working women nearby. In collaboration with A Force of Nature CIC and Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

Get Active in the Forest Parkinsons Group

Join us for this weekly social group for people with Parkinson’s and their families. We will go for a gentle Nordic Walk around the surfaced paths of the Forestry Centre, taking regular breaks at benches if needed. There’s plenty of options to do as much or as little as everyone requires.

Easy Walking Group

The Easy Walking Group is a friendly, walking group that aims to provide gentle exercise for people who would like to improve their physical well-being and mental health. The walks are around Chesterfield town centre and start and finish at The Hub on Low Pavements, on first and third Thursdays of each month at 1.30pm.

Rutland Accessible Walk

A gentle walk around Rutland Sports Park athletics track, which is a completely flat surface. Suitable for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. Walks are at a gentle easy going pace using the flat surface of the athletics track. Start point – Outside Rutland Sports Park, West End Drive, Ilkeston, DE7 5GH.
