South Derbyshire Community Engagement and Coproduction Pilot

Pilot area: Swadlincote (Urban Core with a focus on the communities near to Cadley Park, specifically Newhall & Church Gresley).

Focus: Children & Young People & Families, SEND groups and Intergenerational (with a focus on those with Long Term Conditions).

Desired Outcome: Understanding how to create sustainability beyond the Beat the Street funded initiative, to foster walking being the norm in our key communities.

Lead Partner: South Derbyshire District Council.

In collaboration with: DCC Public Health, The National Forest, South Derbyshire CVS, Active Derbyshire, Peak Running, NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board.
