Bolsover Active Neighbourhood Pilot

Pilot area: Shirebrook Catchment Area.

Focus: Children, Young People and Families.

Desired Outcome: Creating a generational shift in accessing physical activity through walking as part of everyday life.

In collaboration with: Bolsover District Active Schools Network, Bolsover Countryside Partnership, Bolsover District Council, DCC Public Health, Active Derbyshire, Live Life Better Derbyshire, Lloyds Foundation.

Bolsover Compass: Youth Ambassador Programme – Oct 2024

The Youth Ambassador programme in Bolsove supports the young people in the area to develop skills for the future, contribute more to their community and bring them together.

This was their first event, organised and hosted by the youth ambassadors.
