Anti-Social Behaviour Roleplays in Erewash.

Over the Summer of 2025 Parkside High CIC, Walk4Wellbeing and Derby and Derbyshire service providers ran three roleplay session at Cotmanhay Junior School.

The sessions were aimed at 10-11 year olds supporting them to understand the challenges people with long term health conditions and disabilities face to being active and travelling in the area. Also the opportunity for them to reflect on their own behaviours and how it can impact positively or negatively.

The session started with them all roleplaying the characters of both the person living with a health condition and as the anti-social people. They then got to reflect about both sides and the learning from the session.

The roleplay sessions were very insightful, the young people really empathised with the challenges that people face and actively came up with solutions or ways they would help during certain situations.

Below are some sound bites from the session.
