Bolsover District

Bolsover District is awash with fantastic trails, from easy going low level walks to nature reserves and woodland that take in some breath taking scenery and countryside – all on our doorstep.

The trails are suitable for all ages and abilities and allow you to explore the countryside by foot, bicycle or horse, with many of them following disused railway lines.

Walking has so many benefits around your own wellbeing and there’s something for everyone from short walks to get you started to more challenging ones.

If you don’t want to head off alone there are guided walks at Hardwick Hall.

For any further information regarding walk leader training, established walking groups or routes around Bolsover District please feel free to contact us.
