Nordic Ambles

Regular weekly walk using Nordic walking poles. We cover 1.5 miles over fields, tracks and occasional surfaced paths in and around Belper, with a different start point each week. Groups are small and friendly, walking poles are provided and guidance on technique is available from British Nordic Walking instructor- Susie. Pre-booking is essential.
