Amber Valley Ripple Effect Mapping

On 8th May Amber Valley took part in a Ripple Effect Mapping session facilitated by Leeds Beckett University. This interactive workshop was designed to explore the broader impacts of the Walk Derbyshire engagement work, which has been delivered over a two-year period in collaboration with our consortium.

The session provided valuable insights into the ripple effects generated by the initiative, capturing outcomes and stories from a diverse group of stakeholders, including many local community members. It highlighted the significant and far-reaching influence that our engagement has had across Amber Valley.

A follow-up session is scheduled for November, where the findings from the mapping exercise will be showcased. This event will offer an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far and consider future directions for Walk Derbyshire initiatives in the borough.
