Walk and Talk sessions return at William Gregg VC Leisure Centre

Walk and Talk sessions are returning at William Gregg VC Leisure Centre from Wednesday 12 October.

The sessions will be led by Tony Lormor and run weekly for six weeks until Wednesday 16 November, starting at 1.30pm.

The walks will last for around 30 minutes, and there will then be the chance to stay for refreshments at the leisure centre.

Organisers want the sessions to be a community hub for anyone living with long-term illness and their loved ones.
