New Walk and Talk sessions at Belper Leisure Centre

A new series of Walk and Talk sessions starting from Belper Leisure Centre will begin on Tuesday 11 October, led by Tony Lormor.

The sessions will start at 10.15am every week for six weeks until Tuesday 15 November. The walks are approximately 30 minutes long with the opportunity to stay for refreshments afterwards at the leisure centre.

Organisers want these sessions to create a community hub for anybody living with a long-term illness, and their loved ones.
