Walks4Wellbeing

A friendly walking group for men and women who like a gentle ramble. Walks tend to be at a gentle easy going pace on flat terrain but may involve crossing fields/stiles. Weekly Walk and Talk

Weekly walking and social group for all. Walks are every Thursday evening and take place in Long Eaton, meeting outside the leisure Centre before heading off on the walk. We are an open and friendly group of (slightly) older men (60-75) who walk from Whaley Bridge once a month for friendship and health. We typically walk 5 miles, usually on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning towards the end of the month. We keep in touch by email.
